Tomato & Chilli Jam
By far Sarah’s Secrets best selling chutney... I first made this about 6 years ago for a friend of mine who loved cheese but longed for something with a real chilli kick to eat the cheese with.
As the name implies, it is slightly sweet and full of the normal chutney characteristics, but with a huge kick from the fresh ginger shreds and fresh and dried chillies. The texture makes it perfect for dipping crisps into as well as serving it on a plate with cheese and meats.
