There is always a supply of this either in our fridge or freezer as it’s so versatile....we have even been known to use it as a dip with crisps, it’s so delicious! It is simplicity in the extreme and nothing more to it than tomatoes, a little fresh garlic and a knob of butter all reduced down into a velvety and comforting sauce.
